OUR CURRICULUMS

At Carolina Farrier School, we offer a unique and personalized 1-to-1 apprenticeship model for a farrier student seeking a comprehensive education in the art and science of farriery. Our 1-to-1 apprenticeship provides an unparalleled learning experience, allowing students to work closely with our highly experienced and knowledgeable instructor, Jimmy. Through this individualized approach, we are able to tailor the curriculum to meet each student's specific learning needs and goals.

During the apprenticeship, the student will receive hands-on training and guidance in equine anatomy and biomechanics, enabling them to develop a deep understanding of the horse's hoof and lower leg. Our  instructor will share his knowledge, honed over years of experience, to ensure that our students become highly skilled and knowledgeable farriers in the area.
